A typical day in my life includes… Waking up around 6am, eating breakfast, head to the office, get some work done, after that hit the gym for a couple of hours, dinner, then home. At least on weekdays. On the weekends, I will make visits to most of our restaurants and hang out with the management and crew.

My favorite thing about Arizona… the desert, the nice winters, the continuous growth of our state, the opportunities this state has created. But not the summers…
I’m listening to… mainly hip hop and today’s hits.
My family… is the motivation behind all my successes. They always come first no matter what.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Elon Musk. The ambition this guy has is out of the world! Literally… but the fact that one guy can achieve so much in a lifetime is mind boggling.
One thing I cannot live without… coffee, every day. It’s my biggest addiction
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a businessperson in general. It did not matter what it was, I always knew I wanted to build a brand.
I’m inspired by… Dave Grutman, hospitality entrepreneur based in Miami. I’m in the people business as well so looking up to someone that has achieved a lot in this industry is very motivational for me.
The one person who motivates me is… My brother. He is the backbone to the family and the greatest business partner anyone can ask for.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… to stop the division between people and work collectively as a whole to achieve something to benefit the future. We are making progress such as space exploration and creative technology, but I feel like so much can be progressed if the world was on the same page.
The perfect day would be… a cabin in the Swiss Alps surrounded by nature and family to escape for a little bit.
My first job was… Little Ceasers. Tossing dough around and learning the corporate restaurant business. I learned a lot during my time there.
My favorite escape… San Diego, easy get away for the weekend. Incredibly beautiful, good escape from AZ’s scorching summer, also helps that it’s only a 5-hour drive, and a 1-hour flight.
My life… is a roller coaster ride. Some weeks I’m putting in 100 hours, other weeks I’m bored looking for things to do. I’m a last-minute planner as well, I could be on a plane to Vegas from a decision I made a couple of days prior. I love the life I’m living though!
I’m currently working on… Expansion of our main brand and some other side projects that are in the works!
Always… remember the reward is worth the risk and hard work no matter what you are pursuing.
Never… give up on your dreams. Manifest whatever it is you want in life. When you put your mind to something, it will come to life with consistency and patience. We hear this a lot growing up but with my experience, I can confirm that its true.

Biggest Dream… to own a national brand and to be a leader in the industry! I also want to be an influential leader as I grow and learn more. With my focus and dedication, I am confident enough to make it happen.
My Pet Peeve(s)… Filling up gas. It is just so inconvenient sometimes. I’m driving, vibing to some music and BAM! Gas is running low, now I have to pull over get out and fill up.
