A typical day in my life includes…

get up, go ManHandle, I give myself a cookie for a job well done. Repeat. Life is Simple. Eat, sleep, ManHandle, repeat!

I was born…

in Williston, North Dakota. I call us folk Dakotians.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

the sunshine. I was told I’m an “Eastern Girl,” which means I frolic towards the light, basically. Probably the reason everywhere I live and work is saturated in natural light and windows. Amen.

I’m listening to…

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Black Angels, Rob Zombie, Florence & The Machine, movie soundtracks and scores. In my man spa, it’s all about the spa tunes! Johnny Cash, Frank Sinatra, Jerry Lee Lewis, Louis Armstrong, etc.

My family…

I love my Ma. I look just like her, and she’s a badass. Don’t touch my Mama. Smile!

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

I’m quite the social gal, so I won’t pick just one. Definitely Sarah Michelle Gellar & Dwayne Johnson. Other than that, let’s just say every amazing person on the planet, with emphasis on comedians and musicians.

One thing I cannot live without…

cake. I have an undeniable sweet tooth. Take away my sweets and someone dies, a slow and painful death. Movies and music are big with me. My skincare, naturally. Five thousand other things, but in all seriousness, I’m a minimalist.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a badass, in whatever I decided to do. I guess I wanted to be a Boss Lady. Taadddaaaa! Done.

I’m inspired by…

anyone who takes the hard road, who challenges the system, who pisses people off for the greater good. On a lighter note, anyone who makes me smile, laugh and keeps me chipper. I love what I do. I’m inspired by change. It’s a wonderful word. Also, simplicity, in all its forms.

The one person who motivates me…

my mom is my rock. She constantly reminds me of all I have achieved. She also says, “You’re your own worst critic.” Also, I have many other moms. I’ve adopted quite a few over the years, also known as: Spa Mama, Laser Mama, AZ Mama, AZ Mamas Mama.

If I could change anything in the world it would be…

eco consciousness. Save Mother Nature and all its beauty. Nature is healing, and we could all benefit from that forever. On the business side, the industry. The massage industry to be exact, which is why I do what I do. It’s negative, and full of stereotyping. My spa makes fun of the taboos of the industry for a reason, and I’m just the girl who’s ballsy enough to take it on, and make it epic. Just you wait, there’s more to come.

The perfect day would be…

if every day was the perfect day. Let’s make that a repetitive thing. Also, any day that involves a movie theater and a big bucket of popcorn has me sold as perfection. Again, amen.

My first job was…

an inventory prep clerk in the Volvo parts department. I enjoyed it. I like organizing. I also have an addiction to organizational item and office supplies. Makes sense.

My favorite escape…

a movie theater. I’m a sucker for the movies. No joke my absolute favorite thing to do, hands down. A major stress reliever for me.

My life…

Cluster : Cluster, see Life.

I’m currently working on…

everything. I always have something cooking up in this brain of mine. Don’t call me Boss Lady for nothing. I’m a Creative Director at heart. A hub of ideas!

Always…

find a Positive in every Negative. I swear by this. It will save your life and help you master your thoughts. Use it wisely.

Never…

hang with people who bring you down. Get rid of anything bad for you. The end.

Favorite Quote…

“He who would move the world, must first move himself.” ~ Seneca (…in this case, SHE)

Biggest Dream…

to be the most badass Man Spa on the planet, or in the U.S. Either way works. Badassery is key. I’m going there!

My pet peeves…

rude people! Play nice or get away from my playground. Geez.
