A typical day in my life includes…
waking up to being knee’d in the back by one of my boys. Pounding a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch and then heading to either the store or the warehouse. Working furiously for 10 hours straight to figure out how to take our company to the next level. Probably eating some Little Caesars sometime during the day. Heading home. Walking in the front door and immediately squeezing my little dudes and picking up my 8 month old. Giving my wife a big kiss and then eating dinner together as a family. After which we wrestle our kids into bed and then my wife and I talk about the things we want to accomplish in life.
I was born…
in Murray, Utah even though we lived in Chandler, AZ at the time. My mom liked the hospital up there.
My favorite thing about Arizona…
the diversity of people.

The one person who motivates me is…
come on… one person? I’m motivated by a ton of people! But If I had to choose one it would be me. I’m intrinsically motivated. I don’t mean that in a prideful way either but I motivate myself to get out there and dominate my life. No one else will do it for me.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
people’s lack of confidence in themselves. People are freaking awesome. You, the person reading this right now is freaking awesome. Own that. Know that you’re an awesome person capable of doing seriously incredible things! Now get out there and be the best version of yourself!

a road trip with my family hauling a camper.

mowing lawns for people when I was 13.

My life…
is my own and it’s incredible. I have an incredible, smart, beautiful, insanely hard-working wife and life partner. I have 3 crazy little dudes that keep me on my toes. I have a company that I LOVE going to every single day. Don’t get me wrong my life is ridiculously hard!!! Just like yours. And every single day presents new challenges. Many of which could put my company out of business if not figured out. But I live my life very intentionally and I absolutely love it.
