A typical day in our life includes…
coffee first, always! We make a quick breakfast, answer emails and run errands before we open our store at noon everyday. Some morning we get an extra early start and head out on buying trips to bring fun new vintage finds to the shop. Once there, we hang out with all the best customers in Phoenix and photograph new finds for our website in our down time. After we close the shop for the day we either meet up with friends for dinner and a drink or head home to make dinner, which we like to do with a little music and little wine.

Our favorite thing about Arizona…
there is always something new to discover and the state is so diverse, you can really do anything to scratch the adventure itch whenever you feel like it. Between day trips up north, lakes, hot springs, camping, hiking, etc., there really is so much beauty in this state to explore.

the new War on Drugs album is on constant repeat at home, in the store we’ve been listening to a lot of Jazz, which is surprisingly soothing on super hot days.

Shane: A brisk autumn day outdoors in the Northeast. Johnna: the first warm day of spring getting to do anything without abandon.

Shane: started my own business doing housework and landscaping for the neighbors. Johnna: working in a mom and pop pizza parlor.
