A typical day in my life includes…

waking up with a Red Bull and a donut. That’s why I moved from France; we don’t have donuts over there 😉 Then I shower and call my mom in France on my way to work.

I was born…

in Lyon, France.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

the landscape and the atmosphere. You can’t describe the atmosphere; you just feel it!

I’m listening to…

everything! It just depends on what I’m in the mood for.

My family…

is everything to me.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Paul Bocuse. He was one of the greatest chefs in the world, but, unfortunately, he passed away two years ago.

One thing I cannot live without…

my iPhone.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

an archeologist because I was obsessed with dinosaurs when I was a kid.

I’m inspired by…

my grandfather. He was so special to me. Growing up, he was my role model and shaped my perspective and outlook on life.

The one person who motivates me is…

my dad and mom. I can’t pick between the two 😉

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

to only have real, honest people.

The perfect day would be…

shoot a 65 on the golf course with no bogey.

My first job was…

working in my dad’s restaurant preparing dessert when I was 14.

My favorite escape

is riding my Harley.

My life…

is amazing. I’m living my dream! I moved to the United States and own a restaurant. I’m thankful every day to be living the life I’ve always wanted.

I’m currently working on…

new ideas and recipes for Salut Kitchen Bar.

Always…

be positive. Even if it’s hard sometimes!

Never…

give up even when life gets hard and things are not going in the right direction.

Favorite Quote

“What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”

Biggest Dream…

I want to find the love of my life, settle down, have children and a dog.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

when people are rude and unfair to others.
