I was born…

I was born in Henderson, NV but I grew up in Orange County, CA moving to the valley during high school.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

I can swim from March until October and I never have to wear a winter coat!

I’m listening to…

A mix of my children playing and Jack Johnson playing on the ipod

My family…

Is incredible, supportive, and I am so blessed to have them.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

My grandfather who was a guiding light in my life.

One thing I cannot live without…

COFFEE …did I say COFFEE!

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

An artist or work in a museum with art and artists.

I’m inspired by…

My children who inspire me to be the best version of myself.

The one person who motivates me is…

My husband who is amazing, always encourages me and pushes me to strive for more.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

Our education system and bad politics!

The perfect day would be…

Reading the latest art news while I drink a delicious iced latte followed by a trip to a museum to catch the latest exhibition concluded with a delicious meal and glass of wine.

My first job was…

Working as a supervisor at a small discount movie theater

My favorite escape…

Vacationing every summer with my family in Laguna Beach, CA.

My life…

Is more than I ever expected, very rewarding, busy and filled with love!

I’m currently working on…

Currently I am prepping for “THERMAL PHX” at the monOrchid which is a three month summer-long exhibition and art competition which opens June 6th running through August 30th. Also I am working on curating a few new exhibitions for next year. I am always researching and writing several articles in addition to painting and preparing for my upcoming exhibitions including “Flourish” at Vision Gallery opening July 25, 2014, and in January 2015 I will have a digital exhibition of my work at the Arizona Science Center. Be sure check out my bi-monthly art column in East Valley Magazine and my weekly articles in Localrevibe Magazine

Always…

Get out of the house, see some art, experience culture, and explore your community.

Never…

Miss out on time with you family and always remember how blessed you are.

Biggest Dream…

Is to live abroad and write books about art!
