A typical day in my life includes…

6am wake up to get the kids going for school. Breakfast with my wife. Go over manager reports from the day/night before. Coffee. Positive talk with myself, touch on some new information to get my mind heading in the right direction for my team. Head in to one of the shops to help open, make some guest connections and fulfill the needs of my staff. Head out to another one of the shops to do the same thing with the crew/guests and close it up…but first grab another round of coffee. Somewhere in between that I try to stop at home and get some time in with the fam, or FaceTime with them (so they don’t forget about me while I’m gone all the time!). I talk with my mother and father on a daily basis as well, they keep me grounded and humble. It’s so important to make sure that everyday is forward growth for not only myself, but the people around me. Make a positive, inspiring impact. On the rare day off, I spend time muy thai training, hitting the gym and making memories with those who matter most to me.

I was born…

in Tucson.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

the sunsets and the vivid night sky when you’re on the outskirts of the city.

I’m listening to…

mystery podcasts back to back with leadership and self-awareness podcasts, interwoven with 90’s hip hop.

My family…

makes me laugh, makes me cry, makes me humble and inspires me to be the best version of myself

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

living – Danny Meyer, I just have a lot of important question for the hospitality genius. Deceased – my paternal grandfather. He passed when I was very young. He was first generation from Italy, he worked hard, he changed peoples lives and knew what it was to be a gentleman, intelligent, cultured, accepting of all human. Asking how he did all that is something I feel would be so valuable.

One thing I cannot live without…

Layrite (look it up!)

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a Hollywood actor. I would get the whole family together and put on a show with props, costumes, etc. Making others laugh and genuinely feel happy was always something I wanted.

I’m inspired by…

anyone out there hustling to be the best version of themselves all the while showing others their worth.

The one person who motivates me is…

all around good human beings.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

gratitude.

The perfect day would be…

sunshine, waves crashing and the whole team smiling.

My first job was…

busboy/dishwasher.

My favorite escape…

an inspiring and true story.

My life…

is a roller coaster that I love to ride.

I’m currently working on…

gathering as much knowledge as I can about everything I’m passionate about.

Always…

get back up.

Never…

judge anyone for making forward progress, no matter the pace.

Favorite Quote…

“It costs you nothing to believe in yourself, but will cost you everything if you don’t.”

Biggest Dream…

to see everyone around me succeed.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

people who don’t see their own self worth.
