A typical day in my life includes…

my morning starts with my curly hair puppy licking my face to wake me up so I can let him outside; then I jump into my shower, fix my crazy curly hair and take a moment to sit in silence for meditation with my eyes closed but my mind and my heart wide open, filled with love, peace, and stillness. A few minutes later I open my eyes and run for my cup of coffee, ready to face the challenges of the day. I own a hair salon in Old Town Scottsdale.  I’m a curly hair specialist and I help men, women, and children struggling with unruly, frizzy hair. I turn their bad hair day into a GREAT hair day. They’re happy and so am I. In November, I’m launching a curly hair product line called Curl Bliss so in between my appointments, I make phone calls, respond to emails, and organize my business affairs. Having my own hair product brand has been a long-time dream of mine along with some other projects that are in the works. It’s an exciting time and I love what I do!
