If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
an end to starvation. Food is wasted every minute – and yet so many are starving. It seems there has to be more that we can do. I have started really paying attention to the food we waste by not over cooking or over buying.
The perfect day would be…
in the mountains…as an afternoon thunderstorm rolls in…while I watch it on the front porch of a cabin with a cup of coffee – taking it all in.
My first job was…
a waitress! Best job to have as the first. I learned customer service skills immediately! Your tips depend on it!
My favorite escape…
to the mountains – camping! It is amazing how many ideas I come up with when I am recharging with nature.
My life…
is blessed. I’m grateful every day that I can be my own boss, have a team that truly cares about our clients and clients who are making a difference. And to be a mom and wife on top of that. Blessed.

expanding my team of 9. Bringing on a few more staff members to help me so I can focus more on other things instead of day to day operations.
