A typical day in my life includes…

a healthy dose of chaos. The restaurant industry has taught me how to handle the unexpected with grace under pressure while thinking on my feet. I am fortunate to be able to share the experience everyday with my husband who is much more comfortable flying by the seat of his pants. We work together with our amazing staff to do whatever it takes to insure our guests have an exceptional experience. After putting in a full day at the restaurant, I don’t have any trouble falling asleep at night.

I was born in Chicago…

like so many other people I’ve met in Arizona.

My favorite thing about Arizona is…

the sun shines almost every day and the weather is predictable.

I’m currently listening to…

a Spotify playlist our bar manager Ryan created for happy hour. It’s fantastic! Come check it out!

My family…

is EVERYTHING to me.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

my husband and all our kids, under the same roof at the same time… without electronics.

One thing I cannot live without…

is my morning coffee.

When I was younger I wanted to be…

a mom.

I’m inspired by…

Gordon. Nothing is impossible in his world. His courage and determination has allowed him to succeed personally and professionally and have a ton of fun along the way.

The one person who motivates me is…

my kids. I know that is more than one person but I can’t pick just one. I want to be my best so I can set a positive example for them and hope it encourages them to be the best they can be too!

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

that people would genuinely be kind to one another.

The perfect day would be…

floating in the ocean on a Catamaran with my family and friends making amazing memories.

My first job was…

boring. I worked for my parents in the office of their construction company answering phones, filing, typing – on a typewriter that would be considered an antique by now.

My favorite escape…

is a good book and an even better glass of wine.

My life…

is better than my wildest dreams.

I’m currently working on…

helping my oldest daughter plan her wedding.

Always…

smile!

Never…

compromise your integrity.
