Stephens is a three-time award-winning wedding officiant based in Scottsdale who works with all couples to make their wedding day the most memorable moment of their life.
“What is so wonderful about my business is that no two days are the same and no two couples are the same,” Stephens said. “My creativity is constantly being inspired by each couple I work with.”
AZF: What is your “life motto”?
Go with the flow!
AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path for you?
Yes! I wanted to be an entrepreneur starting at age 12 when I began babysitting. I have two businesses that I run and they go hand in hand. My other business is 28 years running. It’s called yogaamy.net and works with women in a personal training format.
When couples come to me who are full of anxiety and stress about their wedding day, I have all the tools to make them calm and ready to walk down the aisle.
AZF: How do you feel best supported?

AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?
I have been working since I was 12. I have worked for others and made them great money, however, the most content I am is having my own office meetings – I am the CEO, CFO and I am always talking to myself. If you can’t laugh at yourself while working, you are taking it all too seriously.
AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.
“Sleeping in” until 7 a.m. and enjoying coffee and a cooking show.
AZF: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?
Don’t make the font too small on your website or business cards.
