At Rejuvenate, Kupka helps women and men reclaim their energy, confidence, and metabolism through personalized hormone optimization, weight loss support, and regenerative care. Whether they’re dealing with perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, thyroid issues, or low testosterone, Kupka takes the time to truly listen – because no one heals in 15 minutes.
Kupka offers in-person and virtual concierge-style appointments that work with your life – not against it. Her approach is rooted in treating symptoms, not just chasing lab numbers.
“I’ve dedicated hundreds of hours to advanced education in hormone health, metabolism, and the root causes of weight gain, fatigue, and inflammation. Educating others is my passion – it’s not just what I do, it’s who I am,” Kupka said. “I’m committed to debunking the myths that leave patients feeling confused, dismissed, or stuck – and replacing them with science, strategy, and support.”
With a background in plant-based culinary medicine, Kupka also loves teaching how food and lifestyle shifts can support lasting transformation. Her goal is simple: to help people feel like their younger, healthier selves again: energized, empowered, and in control of their health.
AZF: What is your “life motto”?
Where science meets soul – to help people feel hormonally optimal and like their younger, healthier selves again.
AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path right for you?
I’ve always loved working independently and creating something of my own. I didn’t set out thinking “I’ll be an entrepreneur,” but I’ve always been drawn to doing things differently, to building, improving, and making ideas come to life. Over time, I realized I wanted the freedom to care for patients in a deeper, more personalized way – and that meant creating a space where I could practice on my terms. That’s when it clicked: entrepreneurship wasn’t just the right path – it was the path that aligned with everything I value.
AZF: How do you feel best supported?
There’s a lot of misinformation when it comes to hormones, weight loss, and women’s and men’s health – and that can make it challenging to stay true to what I know works, and the science behind it. Sometimes it takes me against the grain, and that’s not always easy. But I’ve learned to trust the science, trust my patients’ stories, and trust my own clinical experience.
I’m also grateful to be part of a great hormone practitioner group – it’s a community that challenges me, supports me, and reminds me I’m not doing this alone. That kind of collaboration keeps me sharp and inspired, even when the path isn’t mainstream.
AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?
My patients. Seeing them finally feel heard, supported, and feel like themselves again makes every challenge worth it. I didn’t choose the easy route, but I chose the right one for me and the right one for my patients.
There are tough days, of course – but the texts that say, “I feel like myself again” or “You’ve changed my life” keep me going. That’s the fuel. That, and the deep belief that what I’m doing matters. Helping people heal, feel empowered, and take control of their health – that’s my purpose, and it pulls me forward no matter what obstacles show up.
AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.
A latte in hand, pickleball with friends, laughter with family, cuddles from my pets, and food that nourishes body and soul – my perfect Saturday is a blend of movement, love, and peace.
AZF: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?
Be patient with yourself. Growth takes time, and so does figuring out your voice, your vision, and your rhythm. Educate yourself constantly – stay curious, stay teachable. And don’t try to do it alone. Having the right support – mentor, a coach, or in my case, a loving husband – can make all the difference. Entrepreneurship will stretch you, but if you lead with passion and surround yourself with people who believe in you, it’s worth every step.
AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?
For me, it wasn’t just about running a business – it was about building something meaningful. It’s truly a passion. I wanted to create a space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered – not rushed through a system that overlooks the root cause of their symptoms.
Becoming an entrepreneur gave me the freedom to practice the kind of medicine I believe in personalized, proactive, and deeply connected. Every decision I make is driven by my mission to help people feel like the best version of themselves again. That lights me up every single day.
