It goes without saying that 2020 revolutionized the way the world lived and worked. From pandemic concerns to changes in income and opportunity, many Americans moved during this period, which has brought on interesting trends in the real estate market as a result.
According to a recent report by Move.org, Arizona ranked seven out of 10 among the most popular states people moved to in 2020.
While most survey respondents stayed within the same city and state (46%), about 14% moved out of state to find a new home for reasons as varied as to be in closer proximity to friends and family, the comfort of “home” and job security.
