As a personal trainer at Scottsdale School of Fitness and NPC Super Heavyweight, Matthew Curtis is often at the forefront of clients wanting to get in shape. “My advice to someone looking to become more active would be to just start something. Even if it’s once a week, just start. The more you do it, the better you’ll feel and the more you’ll want to do. Then branch off from there, and try something new. Action is the key.” Curtis has dedicated his life to fi tness, saying that, when not spending time with his family, his days consist of working out, training clients and cooking healthy food.
