AFM: In a brief 2-3 sentences, please tell us a little bit about Bourbon & Bones
Bourbon & Bones General Manager Frank Schneider: Bourbon & Bones is a chef-driven boutique chophouse and bar that features an innovative menu in a hip, high energy atmosphere. A departure from the traditional chain steakhouse, Bourbon & Bones features classic menu items with our own twist on them. From the finest wet and dry aged cuts of beef, veal and pork, both on the bone and off, to fresh seafood, appetizers, sides and desserts we offer the best ingredients and put them together in uniquely delicious ways. Whether its grilled octopus, Waygu beef cooked at your table on a hot rock, lobster mac-n-cheese or our apple crumble dessert we stay true to our philosophy of serving delectable dishes from start to finish. The originality of the menu is paired with a sexy interior that diverts from the usual dark leather and low lights in favor of a high energy, upscale vibe with lighting that accentuates the hustle and bustle of the space and creates a dining experience second to none. The smells of the menu, coupled with the sounds of the up-tempo music, mixed with the sight of Scottsdale’s most eclectic and upscale clientele makes Bourbon & Bones an invasion of the senses and the most sought after reservation in town. AFM: What does it mean to you to be a Best of Our Valley winner?
Bourbon & Bones: I am humbled and appreciative to have the ability to work in such a great place and be a part of an all star team.

Bourbon & Bones: As a team we are very committed to going above and beyond. It is an honor to be included with so many considerable dining options here in the Valley.
AFM: Have you seen any benefits as a result of being a BOOV winner?
Bourbon & Bones: It is nice to have guests mention the “Best Craft Cocktails”, “Best Date Spot” or “Best Steakhouse” awards during their experience, it is a wonderful feeling.
AFM: How does Bourbon & Bones put its “best” foot forward every day?
Bourbon & Bones: We are constantly trying to make everything better, I like to call it ‘constant development’. Striving for perfection is what we do best.
