The Emerald Lounge Brings a Late-Night Escape to CATCH

Late nights just got a sophisticated new upgrade. CATCH Scottsdale has unveiled The Emerald Lounge, a refined concept tucked behind the restaurant’s private dining space, offering a more intimate way to experience the brand’s signature blend of design, energy, and globally inspired cuisine.

Debuting on Fridays and Saturdays from 8 p.m. to late, The Emerald Lounge reimagines the existing dining room as a moodier, cocktail-forward retreat. It’s a natural evolution for the hotspot, known for its atmosphere and high-style dining, now shifting gears into something a bit more relaxed, yet no less indulgent.

At the center of the experience is a curated menu that leans into the elevated, shareable formats for which CATCH is known. Guests can expect luxe highlights like Golden Osetra Caviar Service and pristine sushi sourced from Tokyo’s famed Toyosu Market.

Standouts include Madai Crudo, Tuna Tartare, and the Baked King Crab Hand Roll, alongside the Emerald Nigiri Flight featuring Albacore, Bluefin Otoro, King Salmon Belly, and Golden A5 Wagyu topped with Kaluga caviar. For those in the know, an off-menu Japanese Wagyu Sando (made with A5 Miyazaki beef and chili katsu) adds an extra layer of exclusivity.

The transformation of the space is just as intentional as the menu. Plush green benches now line the banquettes, softening the room into lounge-style seating, while central tables framed by club chairs create cozy, conversation-friendly pockets throughout.

The result is a layout that encourages lingering over cocktails, shared plates, and the kind of low-lit ambiance that defines a perfect late-night setting. Designed for those craving something beyond the typical night out, The Emerald Lounge blends high-end dining with a social atmosphere.

It’s a setting that feels equally suited for a celebratory evening or a spontaneous after-dinner escape, cementing its place as one of Scottsdale’s most compelling new destinations once the sun goes down. Learn more at catchrestaurants.com.
