2013 Resolutions In Style

New Year’s resolutions are wonderful, but often hard to keep. Perhaps you decided to exercise more, spend more time with friends and loved ones, save money (aka stick to the budget), or maybe even learn to cook a new dish or two. Well, believe it or not you can do all these things in style…or at least here are a few fashionable items that will help you keep those important resolutions this year.

At Nordstrom, $7.50

Make sure you get everything done with this adorable Knock Knock To Do Note Pad. The pages will keep you on task: you’ll know when to do it, where to do it, and who to call!

At Nike, $149

Set a goal and stick to it with the Nike+FuelBand. The fancy band which comes in three super cool “colors,” Black, Black Ice, and White Ice tracks your daily activity, allows you to set your daily goals, track your progress, and stay motivated by connecting with friends. I mean what more can you ask from a fancy bracelet?

At Kate Spade, $198

Insure that you keep all of your plans with the ones you love with a super fabulous planner. Kate Spade offers the Tudor city Large Debra Planner that is sure to match your favorite Kate Spade handbag. This of course isn’t just any old planner with smooth cowhide and 14-karat light gold plated hardware.

At Bloomingdales, $50

You may think that piggy banks are only for kids… that is only because you haven’t seen the silver plated Reed & Barton “Classic” Piggy Bank. You’ll have saved enough pennies (or dollars) to purchase that handbag you’ve had your eye on… and those shoes…and the outfit to match!

If you vowed to learn how to cook a new dish this year then this is the cookbook for you! Model Kitchen by Cesar Casier, a 24-year-old model with VNY Model Management, is full of healthy eating tips and recipes from models like Karlie Kloss, Lilly Donaldson and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld. I don’t think you can really go wrong with eating like a model, right? And lucky for us we will be able to purchase the book in just a few weeks via Net-A-Porter.

Here is what Casier told Fashionista about the book:
I made it just for fun actually. I wanted to do a book and I love food. My dad is a really good chef. I was thinking that there are so many cook books now, but there aren’t really cook books made byyoung people for young people interested in fashion and traveling and that kind of stuff. So I thought why not make the cook book about models? Everybody loves models. Everyone’s obsessed with how they look and how they dress and everybody thinks we don’t eat, which is total bullshit. So I thought ‘Yeah maybe I should make a book about that!’ Model Kitchen is the result.
