Turkey Day is one week away. (Can you believe it?!?!) Something you should be thankful for this year is The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix’s Turkey-To-Go program. For $145 (not including tax and gratuity), you get enough tasty goodness to feed six to eight people–or more like four folks, in my family. Anyways, the meal includes an herb-brined turkey, roasted-corn-and-truffle chowder, caramelized spiced yams, butter-whipped potatoes, a pear-and-gorgonzola salad and your choice of an apple or pumpkin pie, plus a few additional sides. Remember: You must book your meal at least 72 hours in advance. 602.522.6644, www.ritzcarlton.com.
