A Valley favorite has updated its menu with some tasty new tidbits–and, last night, I had the opportunity to taste some of the fresh offerings. My Ra repetriore will now include the new slightly sweet mango-lobster roll, zesty beef tataki roll and shrimp shumai appetizer. Ra regulars will also spot some new cocktail offerings including the Bruce Lee-Chee, Mount Saint Melons and Mango Libido Mojito. I especially enjoyed the new sparkling sake, Kizakura “Pure” Stars, which reminded me biting into a fresh pear. www.rasushi.com.
