Scottsdale’s first-ever Eats3 kicks off tomorrow at SouthBridge. Eventgoers can expect three days of parties, endless tastings and dinners, a cocktail-themed ArtWalk, a bartender competition and many, many familiar faces (like legendary chefs Jacques Pepin and Ming Tsai, Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard and the Valley’s own Nobuo Fukuda, Chris Biano and Beau Macmillan, among others). Proceeds benefit Waste Not and Food & Wine’s Grow for Food program, which aims to increase consumer exposure to locally and sustainablly grown foods.
