This pink-hued cocktail exudes everything about the holiday, with sweet hibiscus high notes of Gran Centanario Rosangel tequila that is blended with Patron Citronage, Hum liqueur, agave nectar and finally garnished with raspberries.

Love Martini at Melting Pot ($8.95)
This drink of love is concocted with coconut rum, peach schnapps and cranberry juice that is then strained into a martini glass and topped with delightful heart-shaped strawberries.

Amore Smooch at Sassi ($16)
The bottom of a stemless sugar-rimmed martini glass is filled with crushed ice and delicate rose petals, introducing the Godiva white-chocolate liqueur that’s mixed with Svedka cherry vodka and creme de cacao. Three vodka-infused cherries dipped in chocolate tip the drink off right.
