Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Opens New Restaurant

Step into the new Adobe Bar & Grille, a fresh rendition of the popular Biltmore Adobe Restaurant, located at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club

The Adobe Bar & Grille lies center stage of the Club’s new 19,400-square-foot clubhouse where guests can dine and delight in the beautiful views of the Downtown Phoenix skyline and the Biltmore’s new Estates Golf Course

The eatery features both new and familiar menu items from Executive Chef Richard Castricone. Food lovers can enjoy a mix of modern American favorites, like steak and crispy frites, grilled Atlantic salmon, the wagyu burger and osso bucco pork shank, all available on the dinner menu.

Regulars of the Biltmore’s former Adobe restaurant can celebrate the return of popular entrées with pancakes, signature cereal and the “double eagle” on the breakfast menu, as well as the Reuben sandwich, Adobe burger and Biltmore dog on the lunch menu.

The eatery will be open for breakfast, lunch and happy hour seven days a week, and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday.

Spaces in the new clubhouse have been named after rooms one would find on an estate, including The Bar, The Dining Room, The Gallery, The Pantry, The Ballroom and The Balcony. Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architecture blended with modern southwest designs incorporate noteworthy elements of the nearby Arizona Biltmore Resort, with a signature Biltmore block and recovered materials from the former Adobe restaurant.

A state-of-the-art golf simulator is available for guests and club members to enjoy at hourly rates. Golfers can play 40-plus championship courses on the simulator including Pebble Beach, Beth Page Black, Pinehurst and St. Andrews, or choose from a dozen golf-themed games.

The Arizona Biltmore Golf Club sits in the heart of Phoenix with views of Phoenix Mountain Preserve, downtown Phoenix skyline and Camelback Mountain. The 36-hole golf facility winds through some of the most stunning homes in Phoenix including the Tom Lehman-designed estates course and Bill Johnson-designed links course.
