Luxury garage brand Toy Barn is expanding its footprint with a new North Scottsdale location set to open in spring 2026. Located within the forthcoming Mack Innovation Park at Loop 101 and Bell Road, this will be the company’s ninth in the Valley and the most exclusive yet: featuring the brand’s first-ever rooftop members-only lounge with sweeping views of the Camelback and McDowell Mountains.
Construction on the project is expected to begin in 2025, with phase one including 64 garage suites and a community clubhouse spanning more than 98,000 square feet. When complete, the full campus will offer 135 privately owned suites across more than 205,000 square feet of high-end storage and gathering space. Each unit is private real estate, governed by CC&Rs, and priced from $399,000 to over $1 million.
Toy Barn will offer the same upscale amenities and signature club-style atmosphere the brand is known for, including 20-foot ceilings, heavy-duty garage doors, climate control, Wi-Fi, plumbing, and ample opportunities for customization, such as mezzanine lofts, bathrooms, cabinetry, and finished floors. As always, members will enjoy access to a designer clubhouse, complete with kitchen, lounge space, and gathering areas for private events or Cars & Coffee community meetups.
