Eco Fashion Week 2026 Celebrates 10 Years of Sustainable Style

Arizona’s sustainable fashion movement takes center stage this spring as FABRIC announces Eco Fashion Week 2026. The weeklong celebration runs April 18-April 25, 2026, bringing together designers, entrepreneurs, students, and community members for a dynamic series of events centered on sustainability, innovation, and ethical practices in fashion. Now in its milestone year, the event highlights responsible design and commemorates FABRIC’s 10th anniversary and its growing impact on the state’s fashion ecosystem.

“Eco Fashion Week is about more than fashion. It is about education, transparency, and empowering our community to rethink how clothing is made and consumed,” Co-founder Angela Johnson said.

The festivities begin April 18 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. with the reFABRICate Fashion Show at Tempe Marketplace, FABRIC’s signature upcycled denim runway event featuring community members, students and established designers. On April 19, the focus shifts to circular fashion with a clothing swap hosted alongside the community closet at FABRIC’s Tempe headquarters, encouraging textile waste reduction and mindful consumption.

On April 21 from 4 to 5:30 p.m., guests are invited inside for a Sustainable Fashion Incubator Tour, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how FABRIC supports ethical, domestic apparel production. The momentum continues on April 22 from 4 to 8 p.m. with the Eco Pop Vendor Pop Up Event at Tempe Marketplace, where attendees can shop eco-conscious brands and small businesses committed to sustainability.

Education and industry insight take the spotlight on April 23 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. during Sustainable Behind the Seams at FABRIC, an engaging panel and networking event featuring experts discussing sustainable practices and the future of responsible fashion.

The week concludes April 25 at 7 p.m. with “FABRIC: A Bedtime Story,” a whimsical 10th anniversary event and Sustainable PJ Fashion Show held at Hackett House. The finale invites attendees to wear their most fashionable pajamas and bring a pillow to get cozy as Angela Johnson reads the story of FABRIC like a bedtime tale. The evening will also include a sustainable PJ fashion show and remarks from Corey Woods and other special guests sharing meaningful and humorous reflections from FABRIC’s first decade of impact.

In keeping with its mission, FABRIC aims to make Eco Fashion Week 2026 carbon-neutral in partnership with Ecostance. Attendees will have the opportunity to offset the carbon footprint of their participation, and FABRIC will provide scholarships for 10 small brands to complete carbon-neutral certifications with Ecostance, helping them become officially carbon-neutral brands. The initiative underscores FABRIC’s commitment to measurable sustainability and industry leadership.

Eco Fashion Week 2026 invites the community to engage with fashion in a transparent and forward-thinking way. Through education, collaboration, and celebration, FABRIC continues to position Arizona as an emerging hub for sustainable apparel production. Learn more at fabricincubator.com.
