Best New Fitness Studios To Try in the Valley this Spring

We would say ‘bikini season is almost here’ but it’s basically bikini season year round in Phoenix, which is all the more reason to keep things right and tight. TruFusion Scottsdale 

JLo is a big fan and she’s got a rockin’ bod so we’re on board too. Club Pilates Arcadia

A club that comes complete with sculpted muscles? Sign us up! Located on Indian School Rd. just past 40th St. in Phoenix, Club Pilates Arcadia will open its doors March 14-18 with free intro classes. The new boutique studio offers a total body workout that helps with posture, balance, flexibility and strength. Members can choose from dozens of group classes that utilize a variety of equipment, including reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, springboard and Barre. TriCore Fitness Studio

Developed by longtime fitness pro and studio owner Stefannie Delamora, TriCore is a 3,360 square-foot space in Phoenix serving as the official training grounds for the TriCore program. BURN Total Body Conditioning

Feel the burn at this locally based Pilates studio, powered by the Lagree Fitness Method, which is taking up residency at The Colony for its second Valley location. The patented, all-encompassing method uses a Megaformer — a state-of-the-art, spring-based resistance machine — to channel an abs-burning, thigh-and-buns-shaking, total-body-conditioning workout that strengthens, lengthens and sculpts the entire body. The method offers a blend of cardio, flexibility, core, balance and strength and typically burns between 500 and 800 calories per session.
