Weeks after its grand reopening, The Pemberton is about to get a lot cooler with the addition of “Ibiza,” a brand-new pool experience set in one of the city’s most iconic cultural playgrounds.
The new pool is nestled behind galvanized gates and a lush curtain of palms. The immersive escape blends Mediterranean paradise with Phoenix’s electric energy against a background of custom modern art, plush lounges and seating, and curated vibes.
“Ibiza is a hidden oasis where the energy of Phoenix meets the soul of the Mediterranean,” Founder/Developer Jonathon Vento said. “It’s not just a pool; it’s a whole vibe.”
Ibiza will be open every Friday-Sunday from 11 a.m. to close with access available via ResortPass. Guests can choose from premium seating options like loungers, cabanas and more, plus enjoy towel service.
“We’ve always imagined The Pemberton as a place where people don’t just go out; they escape,” Vento said. “Ibiza is the next chapter. It’s intimate, unexpected and exactly what downtown Phoenix didn’t know it needed.”
A specialty poolside menu is currently in the works and will add to the already existing cuisine and inventive cocktails available in the 10+ immersive spaces at The Pemberton. From a Japanese garden and cheeky Palm Springs retreat to a retro Bronx alley and Día de los Muertos-inspired courtyard, entertainment lurks around every corner at this art-meets-experience venue.
