Flowers that never wilt and never need watering are coming to Phoenix this fall. Internationally acclaimed Australian artist Cj Hendry is bringing her popular Flower Shop pop-up to the Valley November 6-17, offering visitors a chance to create their own everlasting bouquets.
Known for transforming everyday objects into extraordinary works of art, Hendry has attracted audiences around the world with her wildly popular Flower Markets in New York, Sydney, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and beyond. Now, she’s taking her floral universe on a 14-city global tour, with Phoenix among the first stops.
These aren’t your traditional blooms. Instead, visitors shop colorful, oversized plush flowers designed to last forever. The collection includes a selection of collectible varieties, including flowers designed with Phoenix in mind. The Flower Shop offers an opportunity to bring home a little piece of Hendry’s artistic universe.
Each flower costs $10, making it easy to build a custom bouquet without breaking the bank. Shoppers who purchase nine flowers will receive a tenth stem complimentary, and new inventory will be available throughout the pop-up’s run.
Hendry has established permanent Flower Shops in New York and Hong Kong, while temporary pop-ups have brought her creations to audiences across North America, Europe and Australia.
