Humble Bistro is the newest local “global cucina & wine parlor” located at High Street in North Phoenix. At Humble bistro they flaunt new Italian cuisine with European and Latin influences with an impressive premium wine selection.
Their Food Network award-winning chef, Jorge Gomez brings his trademark stone oven pizzas, charcuterie, and homemade plates of pasta with dishes like pappardelle with Italian braised short ribs in a light cream sauce; cacio e pepe; and a cremini mushroom sacchetti. Humble Bistro is also known for their world-famous Moules frites
Braised and pan-seared chicken with a side of pomme frites and churros de leche. The menu reflects Gomez’s international travels over his more than two-decade culinary career in Europe and growing up in Mexico.
The welcoming vibe of a neighborhood eatery is enhanced with wine everywhere, neutral shades, and old-world aesthetics like vintage Edison bulbs, black refurbished seating, gold chandeliers, and antique accents.
