Mixology 101 has returned to jade bar at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain. During the series of events, the pros deliver their top techniques and tastings of at least three innovative cocktails. Guests will learn how to craft a selection of cocktails inspired by a different spirit and “get the inside scoop on jade bar’s freshness philosophy, spirit details and the history behind the libations they are concocting.”
Classes will take place every Saturday in November and December at 12 p.m. and cost $40 per person. Reservations are required.
