On June 8 and just in time to quench our summer thirst, Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort launches a lineup of monthly beer dinners. The Phoenix resort is brewing specialty monthly dining experiences for guests. The Biltmore Beer Dinners pair beers from top microbrewies with original menus by the resort’s chefs.
The dinners are held in the private Sunroom at the resort’s Frank & Albert’s restaurant. The four-course dinners are $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
“Leading microbreweries today are creating wonderfully sophisticated and nuanced beers that are a joy to pair with original dishes that we create for the Biltmore Beer Dinners,” says Executive Chef Gordon Maybury. “Our Biltmore Beer Dinners are multi-faceted culinary experiences at great value that wow the casual beer lover and dedicated aficionado alike.”
The series kicks of June 8 with Founder’s Brewing Co. On the menu, expect tuna and beet tartare with citrus quark, seared watermelon and plantain, paired with Centennial IPA; lightly smoked, blackened flank steak with corn purée, corn flan and corn salad, paired with Old Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale; grilled wild boar with mushroom ragout and mascarpone risotto, paired with KBS; and white chocolate cheesecake with freeze dried raspberries and sabayon, paired with Rubaeus Raspberry Ale.
On July 13, The Biltmore Beer Dinners hosts Beers of San Diego. Funkwerks Brewing takes the stage on August 10.
