Recipes: Skinny Cocktails

It’s been a month since 2012 began–did you keep your get-fit resolution? For those who kept their eye on the prize (a hot bod, of course) or or for those who are ready to get back on course, here are a few “skinny” cocktails from the Valley’s Z’Tejas and RA Sushi restaurants.
Skinny Raspberry Lemonade
1 oz. Chambord Vodka
1/2 oz. Chambord
1/2 oz. Herradura Agave Nectar
1 Lemon (whole)
Soda Water
Raspberry Sugar
Fill shaker with ice. Cut lemon in half, squeeze juice from both halves into the tin, and place one half of the lemon in the tin as well. Add remaining ingredients (Chambord Vodka, Chambord, Herradura agave nectar, soda water). Shake well. Pour into a raspberry-sugared 14 oz. big stick glass.
Antioxidant FOMZ Martini
5 fresh blueberries
5 fresh blackberries
¾ oz. agave nectar
1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Dragon Berry
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
Top with FOMZ wildberry topping
Muddle the blueberries, blackberries and agave nectar. Pour in Bacardi and lemon juice and shake with ice. Pour in martini glass and top with FOMZ Wildberry topping or another low calorie topping.
Lychee-teenie
1 1/2 oz. Voli Lemon Vodka
1 oz. lychee juice
1/2 oz. Monin Agave Nectar
1/4 oz. lemon juice
