Paraiso
2 oz. Astral Tequila
.75 oz. Velvet Falernum
.75 oz. fresh lime juice
.25 oz. simple syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake and strain into a cup filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel & a mint sprig.
Tequila Mockingbird
1.5 oz. Astral Tequila
.5 oz. fernet branca
.5 oz. lime juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
8-10 mint leaves
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a julep cup over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
