Recipe: Mint Chip Smoothie

A tasty treat to whip up post-workout, this flavor-packed smoothie from Kaleidoscope Juice is refreshing, sweet and packs a protein punch.

Makes one smoothie

2 C nut milk of choice

1 1/4 C frozen banana, sliced

1/4 avocado

1.5 T almond butter

3 drops peppermint oil

1 tsp. cacao nibs

1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder

1/4 tsp. spirulina 

a few cubs of ice 

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
