Recipe: Blueberry-Lavender Sangria

Few things are better than a salon service and sangria. Well, except for a salon service with sangria. This summer, the Spa at the Boulders Resort is offering a special “Sip & Soak with Sangria” deal ($79), during which a salon service begins with an AVEDA soak while relaxing with a glass of sangria. Then, nail grooming and cuticle care is then followed by a customized exfoliation body scrub to nourish the skin.  A soothing massage with a rich foot relief crème and a five-minute dry dazzle polish complete the service.
If you can’t make it to the spa, you can still whip up the refreshing sangria at home:
Blueberry-Lavender Sangria
1 1/2 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. St Germain
1 1/2 oz. blueberry lavender syrup
3 oz. prosecco
Blueberry and lavender to garnish
Add all contents to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a glass and garnish with a blueberry and swig of lavender.
