ZuZu Unveils New Burger Lineup

ZuZu - Tree Hugger Burger
Nothing screams “summer” more than a burger. ZuZu, inside Hotel Valley Ho in Downtown Scottsdale, has unveiled a brand-new burger menu to ring in the last few weeks of the season. The new burgers are ground fresh daily, served on homemade buns, and are available on the lunch and weekend brunch menus. Each burger comes with a side of twice-cooked crispy fries, homemade chips or coleslaw.

  • The Famous ZuZu Burger | $16
    smoked bacon, balsamic onions and blue cheese
  • Bayou Burger | $16
    blackened burger, smoked andouille sausage, red pepper chow chow and spicy remoulade
  • Tree Hugger Burger | $16 (pictured
    toasted farro, bulgur wheat, quinoa, sprouts, pine nuts, wild arugula, creamy goat cheese and red pepper vinaigrette, served on a toasted cracked wheat bun
  • Hangover Burger | $16
    crispy jalapeño, cheddar, smoked chile aioli and crispy onions, topped with chorizo and a fried over-easy egg
  • PB + J Burger | $16
    peanut butter spread, balsamic glazed onions and merlot wine jelly, served on a toasted brioche bun
  • Smoke Stack Burger | $16
    grated smoked cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, red onion and tangy bbq sauce
  • Monster Burger | $21
    two burger patties, double bacon and double cheese
    served with fresh tomato, shredded iceberg lettuce, onion and pickles on the side

To really make it a meal, add a 16-ounce local draft from SanTan Brewing or Four Peaks Brewing Co. for $4, or a specially priced glass of wine from a selection for $9.
