Chef Dustin Christofolo and the Quiessence team have curated two chef-inspired tastings for each Wednesday and Thursday in August. This special summer menu,”Taste of Quiessence,” features hyper-seasonal Arizona ingredients displayed throughout  a three-course Chef’s Tasting dinner. The special Chef’s Tasting price will be available to the first 12 diners who reserve on the special event dates: August 21 and and August 28. The three-course “Taste of Quiessence” is $45 per person (price does not include tax and gratuity) and a wine pairing option is available at $25 plus tax and tip per person.  To secure a reservation, guests must call 602.276.0601 and mention “Taste of Quiessence.”

Meat the Ball is offering all kids 12 and under a free meal from the kid’s menu through August 31 (pictured). This deal is valid with the purchase of an adult entrée. Meat the Ball’s kids menu includes entrees like meatballs and french fries; mozzarella balls with marinara; spaghetti with tomato or cheese sauce and comes with a drink such as soda, juice or milk.

On Wednesday, August 21, starting at 7 p.m., fans of paella and rosé can enjoy both during Tres Kitchen and Bar’s popular Paella Night. The paella and a glass of rosé pairing is available for $28 per person. During this time, additional rosé by the glass or by the bottle is available for 25 percent off.

California Pizza Kitchen’s new Take and Bake pizzas are now available for takeout and delivery nationwide. The Take and Bake pizzas offer restaurant-quality, California-style pizza at home with the convenience of baking on your own schedule. Made fresh to order in-restaurant by CPK’s  pizza chefs, the pizzas are available in each of CPK’s 20 pizza varieties – either on original hand-tossed dough or CPK’s popular veggie-based Cauliflower Crust that’s made with gluten-free ingredients. Simply bake at 450 degrees for seven to 10 minutes (cook time may vary slightly by oven). Right now, with the purchase of a dine-in entree, guests can get up to $10 off a Take and Bake pizza!

Chart House dishes up Perfect Pair nights every Wednesday and Thursday through Sept. 12. Located in the bar and lounge, guests can mix and match one decadent dish with one beverage for $10. Dishes include Chorizo Shrimp & Sweet Corn Dip, Fried Herb Goat Cheese with Tomato Coulis, Poke Stack and Steak Frites with refreshing beverages including a Mango Mojito, a bottle of Stella Artois, a glass of Trapiche ‘Oak Cask’ Chardonnay and a glass of Red Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon.

Through Sept. 30, Creamistry locations is offering a Key Lime ice cream flavor available with any of Creamistry’s ice cream bases including Signature Premium, Organic, Vegan Cashew or Vegan Coconut. The new flavor is also available for a limited time as a Key Lime Cheesecake Creation, featuring layers of the Key Lime ice cream, graham cracker crumble, premium cheesecake bites, whipped cream and a fresh lime garnish.

Beckett’s Table invites guests to beat the heat while sipping some of their favorite bubbles during the second-annual, week-long Sparkling Week. Now through Sunday, August 18, the restaurant will be offering notable Champagnes and sparkling wines that they’ve personally hand-selected. The special menu will offer bubbles by the glass, bottle and a special sparkling flight featuring three 2-oz. tastings for $16 per person.

Yet another reason to pray for rain: Anytime it rains this season, whether it’s a sprinkle or a deluge, Match Restaurant and Lounge will pour $2 draft beers all day.
