Help the Phoenix Children’s Hospital by eating burritos! On Wednesday, March 14, from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., all Arizona Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants will donate half of all fundraiser sales to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital, one of the largest children’s hospitals in the country with nearly 1,000 pediatric specialists helping children throughout Arizona. Customers simply need to mention the fundraiser to the cashier before payment.
On Wednesday, March 14 (Pi Day!), from 2 p.m. to close, at all Fired Pie locations, any one-topping pizza is just $3.14 with purchase of a drink. This deal is not valid on third party delivery services.
Match Restaurant & Lounge at FOUND:RE Phoenix is helping to give denim a new lease on life by partnering with Blue Jeans Go Green denim recycling program. From March 1 through 31, when diners bring their old denim in to Match to contribute to this program, they receive 20 percent off their entire bill.  (The Blue Jeans Go Green program collects denim that would otherwise end up in landfills and then partners with Bonded Logic, Inc. to upcycle it into UltraTouch Denim Insulation, a natural cotton fiber insulation. Each year, a portion of this recycled insulation is distributed to communities in need.)
This month, the Arizona Biltmore turns 89, and to celebrate, the resort’s  signature restaurant, Wrights (pictured), has curated a series of exclusive pours to create a special bubbly menu of Champagnes by the glass that will be on offer now through the remainder of the year. Can’t-beat pricing for these toast-makers include $16 glasses of Domaine Carneros, Brut, $29 glasses of Veuve Clicquot, and $62 glasses of Dom Perignon Champagne.
Dina Zappone, owner of Zappone’s Italian Bistro and Catering, debuts The Cottage, on March 14 in Gilbert. The a charming wedding venue, complete with catering, vendor services and wedding packages, hosts an exclusive Open House event on the 14th from 4 to 7 p.m., featuring food tastings and preferred vendors on site. (Individual tours can also be scheduled starting at 11 a.m. that same day. Space is limited and reservations are required to attend.)
