S. Maranto’s to Debut as North Scottsdale’s Italian Market

Camelback Hospitality is pleased to announce the opening of S. Maranto’s Italian Market. The concept plans to open in late 2021 and will join a growing food dynamic at the corner of Scottsdale Road & Mayo Boulevard.

My family and I have been in the restaurant industry for over 50 years. After decades in the business and several successful restaurants throughout Texas, I wanted to bring that same simple yet delicious cuisine to North Scottsdale. You can even view one of our original menus from decades ago in our new location.

Granted, a glass of wine is no longer 75 cents, but with a fully stocked bar, indoor dining, patio dining, or quick to-go options, S. Maranto’s will be a casual dining concept with a no-frills food mentality.

We want to serve the best version of Italian-American comfort food…food that Nona used to make…and food that has a-lot of history. The concept will serve family recipes that date back 100 years, and be a one stop shop for locals sourcing ingredients for their own Italian creation.

Celebrating Italian-American favorites, their specialties will include: homemade pasta, craft salads, build your own Italian sandwiches, parmesans, meatballs, and a curated selection of fine Italian goods.

Stay tuned for further opening details, or please visit S. Maranto’s on Facebook & Instagram, or visit smarantos.com
