Pita Jungle is inviting guests to savor the season with its Seasonal Kitchen Crafts menu. Known for fusing global flavors with the health-focused Mediterranean diet, Pita Jungle’s new dishes celebrate wholesome ingredients crafted into comfort-forward meals perfect for the cooler months.
The menu features a lineup of soups, sandwiches, salads, and handhelds, each with an international influence and a Pita Jungle twist. Among the selections is the chicken enchilada med bean chowder, a bowl of marinated chicken, mixed beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, caramelized onions, cheddar, and spices, finished with a touch of balsamic and green onions.
Guests can enjoy the lemon chicken rice soup, a combo of turmeric brown rice, chicken, vegetables, and lemon juice, topped with arugula.
For something chilled and refreshing, the Mediterranean ceviche brings together Mexican wild shrimp, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, jalapeños, and fresh lemon juice, accented with golden raisins and a house-made tortilla chip for a bright, tangy bite.
Global sandwich creations also make a strong showing. The chicken bánh-mi takes inspiration from Vietnamese street food, layering grilled marinated chicken with spicy umami mayo, jalapeños, pickled carrots and daikon, fresh cilantro, and mint on a toasted baguette.
For a heartier option, The G.O.A.T. chicken sandwich features grilled chicken topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and red onion, finished with 1001 dressing on a soft brioche bun. The Riviera tuna fondido blends albacore tuna salad with jalapeños, bell peppers, Swiss cheese, and herbs, served on a toasted baguette.
Vegetarian guests can check out the smashed falafel grinder, which includes baked falafel topped with tahini, Mediterranean pickles, cucumbers, tomato, onion, and fresh herbs, all wrapped in a toasted baguette with a kick of house-made sriracha.
The bottomless mixed salad bowl offers a customizable base of iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, tomatoes, and carrots with herb-lemon vinaigrette, and optional protein add-ons such as grilled tofu, salmon, mahi-mahi, or Kafta beef.
Pita Jungle’s popular “Inflation Busters” menu continues this season, with favorites like the shawarma toum, chicken taco, falafel skinny wrap, and skinny toum wrap holding steady at just $3 each. A new $2 “Lick of Hummus” item also joins the lineup. Guests can also enjoy fries or garlic cilantro fries on the side, served with toum. For more, visit pitajungle.com.
