The Hermosa Inn in Paradise Valley has long been home to one of the Valley’s top restaurants: Lon’s at the Hermosa. Now, Lon’s has a bit of culinary competition with the revamping of the property’s Last Drop Bar. No longer just a bar, the renovated Last Drop at the Hermosa now has a new all-day menu, among other tempting additions. The all-day menu features an assortment of specialty tapas, gourmet burgers and signature specialties, including stuffed peppers, fish and chips, pork belly tacos and much more. During lunch time, Last Drop dishes up fresh salads, hearty burgers, Scottish shrimp, mixed grill and other midday delights.
In additions to top-notch eats, Last Drop boasts high-end a boutique cocktail program, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. The selection of classic, timeless cocktails are a standout on the drink menu. Thirsty for more? Last Drop has an updated Web site with a series of mixology videos where Spirit Guide Travis Nass demonstrates various cocktail recipes.
Last Drop at the Hermosa also boasts a nightly happy hour–from 4 to 7 p.m.–capped off with live entertainment. “Undergoing this renovation to the space has taken our seating from accommodating 25 to 70 within Last Drop,” says Managing Director Michael Gildersleeve. “With casual dining being a huge culinary trend at the moment, specifically within the hospitality industry, it was important for us to create a new space, new menu and a more affordable price point for Valley residents and guests of The Hermosa Inn.” www.hermosainn.com.
