Foundress Friday ✨️ Meet Candi White, Therapist an Foundress Friday ✨️ Meet Candi White, Therapist and Founder of Anchored Therapy.

Anchored Therapy is a private therapy practice in the East Valley that supports individuals and couples navigating life’s complex, often unpredictable seasons.

White works especially with professionals, entrepreneurs, women who carry significant responsibility, and couples who want to strengthen their relationship or reconnect during challenging seasons.

We asked her, “How do you feel best supported?”

She responded with, “Support for me comes through community and relationships. I’m grateful for friends, colleagues, and especially my husband, who is both an encourager and a visionary himself. Having people around me who remind me of my purpose and help me stay grounded makes a tremendous difference in navigating both the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship.”
