On June 18, Valley Ra Sushi locations are dishing out free Tootsy Maki rolls on International Sushi Day. The only catch? Sushi lovers must “like” Ra Sushi on Facebook and print out the special offer that is good for one complimentary Tootsy Maki roll. The Facebook coupon can be printed beginning at 12:01 a.m. on June 18 and is good for that day only. If you’ve never tried Ra’s Tootsy Maki, now is your chance: Tootsy Maki is one of RA Sushi’s most popular rolls containing kani kama crab mix, shrimp and cucumber, rolled and topped with crunchy tempura bits and drizzled with a sweet eel sauce. It’s a crowd pleaser and is a good starter sushi for those who aren’t sushi fans.
All five Valley Ra Sushi locations are taking part in the special event: Ahwatukee: 4921 E. Ray Road, 480.940.1111; Dana Park in Mesa: 1652 S. Val Vista Drive, 480.632.9500; Kierland Commons in Scottsdale: 7012 E. Greenway Pkwy, 480.951.5888; Old Town Scottsdale: 3815 N. Scottsdale Road, 480.990.9256; and Tempe: 411 S. Mill Ave., 480.303.9800. http://rasushi.com/.
