Known for responsibility farmed, wet aged for 28 days, and hand cut in-house steaks, enjoy the delicate Petite Filet Mignon, or the Easter Sunday favorite Steak Farina, a tender bone-in filet with an egg on top. For fresh fish responsibility sourced from sustainable fisheries enjoy the Shetland Island Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass, or the Pepper Crusted Big Eye Tuna.
