Phoenix cocktail haven Century Grand has snagged a coveted spot on the prestigious North America’s 50 Best Bars list for 2024.
Taking 36th place on this year’s list, the announcement continues Century Grand’s legacy of recognition as a pioneer in the cocktail scene.
Last year, Century Grand was ranked 48th on the list, showcasing its dedication to elevating the cocktail experience through immersive storytelling. The business also secured the title of “Best U.S. Cocktail Bar” at the 2023 Tales Spirited Awards, held during the 21st annual Tales of the Cocktail conference last June.

Century Grand offers immersive cocktail experiences that transport guests to another time and place through their three distinct cocktail bars, including Grey Hen Rx and Platform 18. The venues combine time and flavor to create a unique experience for guests as they sip meticulously crafted cocktails while entertained by engaging narratives.
Platform 18 draws its inspiration from 1924 New York City, regaling guests into a luxury journey aboard a Presidential Pullman-inspired train car for a 90-minute immersive experience. While Grey Hen Rx celebrates New Orleans’s rich history, complementing an elevated cocktail experience in a reimagined apothecary setting.
50 Best launched North America’s 50 Best Bars in 2022 highlighting bars from the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. The list is voted on by a panel of 260 industry experts, including bartenders, bar owners, well-traveled cocktail connoisseurs, and drinks media from the countries above.
