Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay to Open First Arizona Restaurant

Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay is opening the first Arizona location of his fast-casual restaurant, Bobby’s Burgers, in Phoenix. The burger joint will be the renowned chef and restaurateur’s first Phoenix restaurant.

Set to open in the first quarter of 2023, Bobby’s Burgers will make its debut appearance in Arizona at Sky Harbor International Airport. There, it will be located in the Eighth Concourse of the Terminal 4 desert geode-inspired food hall, The Crystals.

“This is the first airport location of our new and bright concept, and I am very excited to launch at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport,” says Bobby Flay in a statement. “We focused and dialed in our concept to satisfy many hungry travelers. We are so excited and just getting started.”

According to Flay, Bobby’s Burgers will have “a very American concept” with a classic menu featuring burgers, sandwiches, sides and shakes. The menu will also include breakfast offerings so that morning travelers can enjoy the Bobby Flay experience as well.

All created by original Bobby Flay recipes, the seven juicy hamburgers include the potato chip-filled Crunchburger, the tomato chipotle salsa and queso-dressed Nacho Burger, and the classic American breakfast-inspired Brunch Burger.

Bobby’s Burgers also offers two specialty sandwiches, the Fried Chicken Sandwich and Bobby’s Veggie Burger, as well as crispy french fries, an array of sides, and five flavors of milkshakes including pistachio.

For breakfast, customers can choose from items such as breakfast sandwiches, a yogurt parfait, oatmeal, Bobby’s Breakfast Burrito and more.

“At Bobby’s Burgers we strive to quench the appetite of everyone,” says Flay. “Burgers, fries and shakes are my thing, and I truly believe we deliver the best in the business.”
