Fox Restaurant Concepts On New Year’s Eve, Bloom, The Greene House, NoRTH, and Olive & Ivy will feature a three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu for $55 per person from 5:30 p.m. to close or an early evening special of $45 per person from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. Modern Steak will offer a three-course prix-fixe menu for $85 per person from 5:30 to close or an early seating special of $65 per person from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Blanco Tacos + Tequila will serve its full menu, with a special New Year’s Eve price of $40 per person after 5 p.m., which includes one starter, two entrees, one dessert and two House Margaritas; a D.J. will mix music from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. www.foxrc.com.
