Phoenix’s Chase Field is gearing up for the arrival all of next week’s All-Star Game events. Chase Field is expecting 150,000 guests over the three-day period that includes the Legends and Celebrity Game, Home Run Derby and All-Star Game. Chase Field has prepared some specialty menu items and cooling cocktails (some exclusively for All-Star Game events) that are sure to be a homerun for hungry sports fans.
Snake Bites: Introduced exclusively for All-Star Weekend, Snake Bites are habanero chicken and pepperjack cheese taquitos served with ancho-lime dipping sauce. They will be available at all Red Hot Grills.
Loaded Tamales: This specialty cart on the Club Level will feature several varieties of homemade beef and pork tamales.
Rattlesnake Dog: A Phoenix specialty, this chargrilled, footlong sausage is locally made and filled with cheese and three types of chilies and topped with a spicy remoulade and fresh pico de gallo.
All-Star BBQ Combo: Guests with in-seat service can enjoy this sliders combo, which includes pork and slow-smoked short ribs, served with Levy Restaurants signature barbecue sauce and vinegar slaw.
The All-Star Summer Heater: A new all-star addition, this sandwich is made with mortadella, smoked ham and salami, topped with jalapeno-olive relish and pepper Jack cheese, and served smoking hot on grilled focaccia bread with onion rings and fried pickles.
Extreme Loaded Dogs: An all-star lineup of all-beef hot dogs with creative, flavorful toppings include the Tailgate on a Plate, featuring baked beans, potato salad, Levy BBQ sauce and shredded cheddar; the Big Kid Dog, topped with mac and cheese and fritos; The Heater, served with Buffalo hot wing sauce, blue cheese slaw and celery salt; and the Taco Dog topped with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar, sour cream, and pickled jalapenos.
Absolut All-Star Cocktail: The signature drink of All-Star Weekend, this is a delicious blend of Absolut Mandarin, pomegranate, cranberry juice and pineapple juice. It’s garnished with pineapple and candied cranberry and available throughout the ballpark.
Prickly Pear Margarita: A Southwest specialty, this margarita is made with Sauza Gold Tequila, prickly pear nectar and a splash of sour, garnished with grilled mango, papaya and kiwi on a sugar cane skewer.
Watermelon Mojito: A refreshing mix of Cruzan Rum, club soda and simple syrup, served with fresh watermelon, lime and mint.
Jalapeno Rita: Spice it up with this blend of Sauza Gold Tequila, triple sec, sour mix and orange juice, served with fresh lime and jalapeno.
Sunset Sangria: Available by the pitcher in the suites, Sunset Sangria is a blend of premium wines, brandy and Cointreau, infused with a mix of seasonal fresh fruit and Arizona citrus.
Goldfish: Available in the Arizona Baseball Club and Strike Zone Lounge, this kids’ drink is made with lime sorbet and lemon lime soda, served in a fishbowl glass with red fish candy.
