Sounds too good to be true, right? Wrong! Sous Chef Sarah Baer T. Cook’s at Scottsdale’s Royal Palms Resort and Spa thinks up a specialty taco every Tuesday and Thursday night–and each taco is only $2. While the ingredients change every week, one of Chef Baer’s recent taco incarnation featured slow-roasted, spiced lamb tacos with red pepper baba ghanoush, local goat Feta cheese, shaved red onion and parsley. Yum! The tacos are available at T. Cook’s Lounge from 5 p.m. until midnight or until the tacos run out.
Chef Baer keeps her Twitter and Facebook followers updated of each night’s taco selection. To be in the know, visit facebook.com/RoyalPalms and twitter.com/royalpalmshotel. www.royalpalmshotel.com.
