Goodyear has a new option for steak, seafood and cocktails, as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has opened its first West Valley location. The approximately 5,600-square-foot restaurant brings Firebirds’ polished-casual take on the traditional American grill to Goodyear.
The eatery is known for its exposed wood-fired grill, where hand-cut steaks and seafood are seared over locally sourced hickory, oak or pecan wood. The cooking method is central to the menu, giving guests a chance to enjoy classic favorites with the flavors that come from cooking over an open flame.
The restaurant’s atmosphere follows the same fire-focused approach, with an energetic dining room designed to feel elevated without being overly formal. Guests can also settle into the FIREBAR for cocktails, drinks and food, or take advantage of the full-service patio.
In addition to its signature steaks and seafood, Firebirds offers a range of American favorites. For those looking to try the restaurant without committing to a full evening out, Firebirds also introduced its Early Dinner Menu. Available Monday through Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m., the menu offers a selection of faves for $19.95.
The Goodyear opening adds another dining destination to the rapidly growing West Valley, giving residents a new spot for wood-fired steaks, fresh seafood, cocktails and a polished-casual atmosphere.
Beyond its restaurant offerings, Firebirds also has a longstanding commitment to philanthropy.
