Charcuterie boards have evolved from a simple appetizer into a centerpiece of modern entertaining, and now Tucson-area residents have a destination dedicated entirely to the art of grazing. Graze Craze has opened its first Southern Arizona location in the Cortaro Plaza shopping center.

Owned by husband-and-wife team Jamin and Sarai Solomon, the shop brings a fresh take on catering, gifting and entertaining, offering handcrafted selections built around premium ingredients and presentation.
“We’re proud to bring the Tucson area its first Graze Craze,” said Jamin said. “Charcuterie is fun, and Graze Craze takes it to another level with high-quality ingredients assembled in-house. We both have a passion for hospitality and we’re excited to ‘wow’ customers with food that makes every gathering memorable.”
The concept behind Graze Craze centers on transforming traditional charcuterie into an elevated dining experience. Each board is carefully assembled by trained Grazologists®, who combine premium meats and cheeses with fresh fruits, vegetables, house-made dips and sweet treats to create displays that are as visually appealing as they are flavorful.
Whether customers are planning a corporate event, hosting a birthday celebration, attending a holiday gathering or simply looking for an easy entertaining solution, the boards are designed to offer convenience without sacrificing quality.

The menu includes a variety of options tailored to different tastes and occasions. One of the most popular selections is the Gone Grazey board, which features an assortment of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits and vegetables. Vegetarian guests can opt for The Vegegrazian, a spread featuring seasonal ingredients and house-made dips. Those with a sweet tooth may gravitate toward Sweet & Grazey, a dessert-inspired assortment filled with chocolate, fruit, cookies and indulgent accompaniments.
“The Gone Grazey Board offers so many different flavor combinations,” Sarai said. “The Wine Pairing Board takes it even further with wine pairings for each item.”
Gluten-free options are also available, helping make the offerings accessible to a wider range of guests. The opening represents a natural extension of the couple’s professional backgrounds. Both Arizona natives, Jamin and Sarai bring experience in customer service and hospitality.

Prior to opening Graze Craze, Sarai spent nearly a decade in mortgage lending before transitioning into early childhood development and special education. She also operates a wedding and event photography business with her mother. Jamin brings more than a decade of service in the U.S. Air Force, along with leadership experience in customer-focused industries.
The couple actively supports several nonprofits, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Hands of Hope Pregnancy Center and Make-A-Wish Arizona. They are also involved with both the Marana and Oro Valley Chambers of Commerce.
By combining premium ingredients, artistic presentation and convenient ordering options, the new Tucson location aims to make entertaining a little easier and a lot more delicious. Learn more at grazecraze.com.
